Soul Care Sunday: Vibe + Flow with Jaylee

Re-calibrate your mind and body with this all-level gentle yoga practice consisting of a slow vinyasa flow, long-held supported poses, and calming breathwork. This experience is designed to activate the body’s innate relaxation response which invites healing and restores balance. All while listening to our favorite old school r&b jams! This practice is for all levels and is especially good for beginners.

Start Selfcare Sunday with our Wellness Director Melissa. The class will begin with a relaxing and rejuvenating gua sha and jade roller massage tutorial proven to reduce tension, puffiness, and inflammation in facial muscles while draining lymphatic fluid in our face. Melissa will walk the class through how to make her favorite detoxifying green smoothie and match latte recipes, ending the class strong with a 15 minute Pilates stretch and flow to invigorate the mind and body.
