SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. please allow 5-8 business days to process after your order is received. So She Slays may offer shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may vary occasionally. to keep up to date with the latest shipping promotions sign up for the So She Slays mailing list. We ship in the united states at this time via USPS for all domestic packages. Just because you receive an email saying your item was shipped does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day.
Shipping & Handling charges are as follows:- $7.35 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $40)

The processing time for orders is 5-8 business days. after that, delivery time within the United States is 5-10 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays, weather conditions, and stock fulfillment, times may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited our company. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
So She Slays does not accept returns for refunds, at this time all sales are final. If you have a refund or cancellation inquiry please email & our sales team will review your case. Please email any questions or concerns you may have prior to or after your purchase to hello@sosheslays.com
Exchanges are authorized when/if the item does not fit properly or is damaged and this time will be for size swaps only. exchanges will be sent out after the original merchandise is returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange requests must be made within 10 days after delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging when applicable. Please email hello@sosheslays.com to start an exchange.
