Self-care is crucial.

We always put other people in front our needs. We often forget to take of ourselves. This April we are focusing on self-care.

Here are some of my favorite lifestyle changes:


Drink more water and tea

Take a long hot shower/ or bath

Get sleep


Detach yourself from your phone

Do a quick workout in the morning

Listen to music/ or just lay in bed and watch TV

Put on a face mask- skin care is crucial

Drink your smoothie with some greens

Treat yo self to your favorite meal
