Trust me, I hate dragging myself out of bed in the morning to workout, but this is a MUST now. Having a quick workout before hitting the office really has helped me get my day going.

Shout out to Spotify and Apple Music for being the MVP. I regularly love listening to music, so this always hypes me up to deal with daily work issues.
Change your location
YASS, for great couches and cozy chairs. At my office, I am lucky to move around with my laptop and change locations so I can get some new scenery to brighten up my mood.
