2. Kettlebells
There are a number of reasons why strength-training workouts are so effective. They're excellent for helping to balance hormones, burn fat and build muscle. If you don't want to wait in line for equipment at the gym, exercise at home with kettlebells. Whether you have a large house or a small apartment, kettlebells are much easier to store than a weight-lifting bench and rack. As you get stronger, you can increase the size of the kettlebells you purchase. Your heart health is so important as heart disease is the leading cause of death in America. One of the reasons why people don't enjoy living on the lower floors of apartment buildings is because of all of the noise above them. As you begin to implement an exercise routine at home, set a schedule for yourself. Be realistic regarding the times you have the most energy to get it done.
